DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:
On 27 December 2018, the mother of Letterlough's children obtained an emergency 50B protective order to protect herself from Letterlough's domestic violent acts. (Randolph County District Court Case No. 18 CVD 2618). A permanent protective order was entered
by the court on 28 February 2019, which ordered Letterlough to stay at least 1,000 feet from
the victim; to stay away from the victim's residence; and to refrain from assaulting, harassing,
threatening, following, or interfering with the victim. Letterlough was also prohibited from
owning or possessing a firearm.
