DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:
Fulk's girlfriend filed a complaint against him on 18 Feb. 2019 (Randolph County
District Court File 19 CVD 340) and obtained an emergency 50B protective order
also on 18 Feb 2019. A permanent protective/restraining order was entered on
28 Feb. 2019. The verified allegations which led to the entry of the protective
orders were as follows: "Physical abuse that began on 2/14/19 and went until the
morning of 2/16/19. Strangulation, multiple hits to my face and head. [I was] thrown
in the floor, against walls and backward over sofa, causing 2 fractures to my back."
In its permanent order, Fulk was ordered to leave the parties' residence; to have no
contact with the victim; to stay away from her home and her workplace; to refrain
from threatening a member of the victim's family or household; and to surrender
all of his firearms to the Randolph County Sheriff's Department.
